QC-11 Hollow-Wrist Tool Changer Product Description: The QC-11HM Tool Changer is a new QC-11 Master that allows for routing air and electrical lines directly through its center. This feature provides direct compatibility with many of the industry's hollow-wrist robots. The QC-11HM is directly compatible with the standard QC-11 Tool assemblies and has Lock and Unlock sensing integrated into its design for safe Coupling and Uncoupling. Machine Vision InGaAs Digital Line Scan
Camera - SU1024LDM Goodrich's compact SU1024LDM indium gallium arsenide line-scan camera features high resolution, 1024-pixel imaging in the shortwave infrared (SWIR) wavelength from 0.8 to 1.7 microns. The camera's square pixels are ideal for inspection of solar blocks, hot glass bottles, and continuous-process lines for applying transparent coatings, which can be 'seen' in the SWIR spectral region. Other applications include on-line sorting of agricultural materials, recycled plastic pellets, and pharmaceutical products. The compact camera with ruggedized housing is only 3-in. by 2.9-in. x 2.4-in. deep and features a 14-bit base Camera Link® interface, flexible triggering, and line rates up to 46,000 per second. |

Indium Gallium Arsenide (InGaAs) Digital Line Scan
Camera - SU1024LDH2 Goodrich’s 92 KHz indium gallium arsenide (InGaAs), shortwave infrared (SWIR) digital line scan camera features 1024-pixel high speed imaging. It is ideal for spectral-domain optical coherence tomography (SD-OCT) applications. The SU1024LDH2 operates in the 1.05 microns wavelength band to capture detailed 3D SD-OCT volumes of the retina, choroidal vasculature and nerve head, and offers important detail that is beyond the capability of current 0.84 micron systems. The SU1024LDH2 SWIR camera is small (3” W x 3” H x 2.4” L), cost-effective, and can be easily mounted to spectrometers or other systems with metric and SAE mounting holes on multiple sides. |

New ring light to fit directly onto the lens LATAB presents a new ring light that can easily be fitted to the lens filter thread using a lens adapter. This avoids the light head having to be mounted individually, while retaining optimal positioning relative to the object. It can be fitted to all lenses with a thread with a diameter of 30 mm and less. The outer diameter of the ring light is 44 millimeters. It can be used as a permanent light or a stroboscope with a LATAB controller. It can be controlled manually, using analog control signals, RS-232 or Ethernet. Of course controllers made by other suppliers could be used. It is available with red, white, green, blue, ultraviolet and infrared light. |

New dome and coaxial lighting for 1.67 million colors LATAB, the Swedish manufacturer of LED lighting systems for industrial image processing, is expanding its wide range of ring lights, dome and coaxial lights by adding RGB models. Each individual light channel (red, green and blue) can be controlled separately using an individual controller making a total of more than 1.67 million colors possible so the ideal light color is available for every application. All ring and dome lights with an outer diameter of 103 to 348 millimeters and coaxial lights in the dimensions from 50 x 50 to 145 x 145 millimeters are available in the new RGB model. |

New,
special light for small exposure areas For image processing applications with small exposure areas, special lighting solutions are now provided by LATAB. A small dark field ring light with an outer diameter of only 25 millimeters is particularly suitable for miniature cameras with M12 lenses. Two new spotlights with a 7 millimeter diameter and a spotlight with a 16 millimeter diameter fitted with high performance LEDs allow small exposure areas which can be lit very brightly, even when relatively far away from the object. The spotlights can also be designed as a multi-head light unit allowing joint operation of several heads. The new lights are available with red and white light. |
